TEK Control System
Lakewood Ranch Country Club and Edgewater Community used TEK Control Visitor Management System (CVMS) to promote visitors and merchants in acquisition access to the community at the main gatehouses. Throughout the day onsite guards always are positioned at the gatehouses, but in the evening and overnight hours, a booth with an isolated guard (touchscreen Call Guard button) only be available.
The TEK Control Visitor Management Software (CVMS) allows inhabitants to record visitors for the onsite and isolated guards to use. Inhabitants can also send electronic passes to visitors/merchants to make their admission into the community very quickly. The electronic pass/QR Code can be perused at the booth day or night. They allow them involuntary entry without cooperating with the guards. Inhabitants can also choose to be informed of visitors’/merchants’ entries via text and/or email.
Legacy Gatehouse:
Onsite Guard 7 am to 7 pm; Remote Guard 7 pm to 7 am. QR Codes/License Plate Appreciation legal from all Country Club populations.
Balmoral Gatehouse:
Onsite Guard 10:30 am to 6:30 pm; Remote Guard 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm; Balmoral Gatehouse closed to all guests/merchants 10:30 pm to 10:30 am. QR Encryptions/License Salver Recognition valid from all Country Club populaces between 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Edgewater Gatehouse:
Onsite Guard 7:30 am to 3:30 pm; Isolated Guards 3:30 pm to 7:30 am. QR Cyphers/License Plate Gratitude is lawful only for Edgewater inhabitants.
